Momentum Health Australia Pty Ltd was founded by Marama Montgomery in December 2016. It is now a flourishing boutique corporate company coupled with a family owned ethos.
Well respected, with over 25 years in the Medical Recruitment Industry.
Marama is a highly experienced Medical Recruitment Consultant. Over the years, she had a number of General Practitioners wanting her to partner with them to build their careers.
These conversations inspired plans to be put in motion. From humble beginnings her small idea of opening a group of Medical Centres gained Momentum.
Marama has a genuine interest in seeing communities and people thrive.
Starting on the Gold Coast, she bravely opened Momentum Health’s first clinic in Australia Fair Metro Shopping Centre in Southport, which at the time was a brand new shopping centre with very few tenanted tenancies. The risk was big, however she truly believed she would be able to make a difference to the wider community.
Oliver and Tyler, Marama’s children joined her in the business in 2018. As a family we have worked tirelessly to grow and nurture our teams careers.

Strong believers that kids thrive best when they are active, Marama is a market leader and at the forefront of providing sponsorship for kids in sports since 2014. Together with our dedicated teams we have been instrumental in helping communities of patients across Queensland and Victoria.
